These terms cover the use of this website. The work itself is governed by the written quote and any service agreement you sign — if the two ever disagree, the signed agreement wins.
Agreement to these terms
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. This site is operated by Island Exterior Services LLC, an exterior cleaning business serving Brevard County, Florida.
Estimates and quotes
- Submitting the form on this site is a request for an estimate. It is not a booking, and it does not create a contract between us.
- Any figure we give you before we have seen the property is indicative. A firm quote follows an assessment of the actual surfaces, access and condition.
- A quote is valid for the period stated on it, and assumes the property is substantially as described to us.
- Work is scheduled subject to availability and weather. Exterior cleaning is weather-dependent and dates may move.
Accuracy of the information you give us
You agree that the details you submit are accurate and that you are the property owner or otherwise authorised to arrange work on the property. Please do not submit anyone else’s contact details without their permission.
Website content
We keep the descriptions, imagery and pricing guidance on this site as accurate as we can, but the content is provided for general information. Before/after photographs show real work we have carried out; results vary with surface, material, age and the degree of staining, and are not a guarantee of a specific outcome on your property.
Intellectual property
The design, text, photography and video on this site belong to Island Exterior Services LLC and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without our written permission. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors and is used under the Open Database License.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit false, abusive or automated requests through our forms.
- Do not attempt to interfere with, probe or overload the site or the systems behind it.
- Do not scrape or bulk-download content from this site without our permission.
